    The accommodation fees for the XIX IAO:

  • Regular fees (report and application adopted before the regular deadlines):

    Team fee: 410. 375.– Euro/team
    plus:
    Contestants and first team leader: 375.– Euro/person
    Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
    Observers: 850.– Euro/person

  • Late application (application adopted before the "late registration" deadline):

    Team fee: 470. 435.– Euro/team
    plus:
    Contestants and first team leader: 435.– Euro/person
    Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
    Observers: 970.– Euro/person

  • Very late application (application adopted before the "very late registration" deadline):

    Team fee: 530. 495.– Euro/team
    plus:
    Contestants and first team leader: 495.– Euro/person
    Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
    Observers: 1090.– Euro/person

  • The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 October 12th till 12:00 October 21th.

  • Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of October 12th or after 12:00 of October 21th):

    Contestants and team leaders: 40.– Euro/person/day
    Observers: 80.– Euro/person/day
    Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

  • The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation.
