Accommodation  fees

The accommodation fees for the XXII IAO:

• Regular fees (application adopted until the regular deadline – August 24/31):

  Team fee: 375.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 375.– Euro/person
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 850.– Euro/person

• Late application (application adopted before the "late registration" deadline – September 14/21):

  Team fee: 435.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 435.– Euro/person
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 970.– Euro/person

• Very late application (application adopted on September 15/22 and later):

  Team fee: 495.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Contestants and first team leader: 495.– Euro/person
  Second team leaders (pedagogical leaders = jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 1090.– Euro/person

• The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 October 27^th till 12:00 November 4^th.

• Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of October 27^th or after 12:00 of November 4^th):

  Contestants and team leaders: 40.– Euro/person/day
  Observers: 70.– Euro/person/day
  Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

   

• Dates written in red / blue concern the teams which need / do not need visa (incl. visa-on-arrival for some special cases) to People's Republic of China.

  List of no visa countries is very short in 2017: host country team, Bahamas, Barbados, Brunei, Ecuador, Fiji, Grenada, Japan, Mauritius, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Tonga.

   

• The fees are to be paid cash at the first day of accommodation or by bank transfer in advance.
  Dealine for bank transfer have to be coordinated with LOC.
