Accommodation fees

The accommodation fees for the XIV APAO:

  • If the application is adopted not later than regular deadlines:

    Team fee: 375.- Euro/team
    plus:
    Students and first team leader: 375.- Euro/person
    Second team leader (jury member obligatories): 0.- Euro
    Observers: 850.- Euro/person

  • If the application is adopted later than the regular deadlines, but not later than late deadline:

    Team fee: 435.- Euro/team
    plus:
    Students and first team leader: 435.- Euro/person
    Second team leader (jury member obligatories): 0.- Euro
    Observers: 970.- Euro/person

  • If the application is very late (later than the late deadline):

    Team fee: 495.- Euro/team
    plus:
    Students and first team leader: 495.- Euro/person
    Second team leader (jury member obligatories): 0.- Euro
    Observers: 1090.- Euro/person

  • For the teams of individuals with the only student and the only team leader
    (regular / late / very late application):

    Team fee: 125./145./165.- Euro/team
    plus:
    Student and team leader: 375./435./495.- Euro/person
    Observers: 850./970./1090.- Euro/person

  • Budget and fees cover all program expenses in Lijiang (the board, lodging, transportation from/to Lijiang Sanyi International Airport or Lijiang railway station, local transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses) for team leaders and contestants since 12:00 of official Day of arrival (November 24th) till 12:00 of official Day of departure (December 2th).

  • Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of November 24nd or after 12:00 of December 2th):
    Students and team leaders: 45.- Euro/person/day
    Observers: 80.- Euro/person/day
    Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

  • The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation (or in advance by bank transfer in very special cases).
