Comparative study of Tl-2201 single
crystals with different temperatures of superconducting transition by means
of specific heat method.
Abstract:
The comparison studies of the specific heat of Tl-2201 single
crystals with the different oxygen concentration have led to the conclusion
that the doping by oxygen, resulting in lowering of Tc
and increasing of number of paramagnetic centers, leads to diminishing
of antiferromagnetic correlations contribution to the specific heat.
