In 2000 V.S. Khrapai graduated from General and Applied Physics Department of Moscow Institute for Physics and Engineering (MIPT).
Since that time he worked in the
Laboratory Laboratory of Quantum Transport at the Institute of Solid State
Physics Russian Academy of Sciences (Chernogolovka, Moscow distr.). In
2003 V.S. Khrapai defended PhD thesis "Electron-electron interactions in 2D systems with the isospin degree of freedom".
Since October 2013 V.S. Khrapai is a head of Laboratory of Electron Kinetics. Nowadays he is a Lecturer of the Solid
State Physics Chare of MIPT. |
