Dear colleagues!

Organizing committee of the 6th All-Russia conference “Fuel cells and Power Plants based on them” and the third School for young scientists "Modern aspects of high efficient fuel cells and power sources based on them» http://www.issp.ac.ru/fuelcell2019/ inform, Abstract digest indexed in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) will be published to the beginning of the conference. Unique index DOI* will be assigned to all theses. *DOI (Digital object identifier or digital identifier of object) is a modern standard used by all largest world publishers for designation of the information presented on web sources. It guarantee identification and link safety, protection of intellectual property, enchance the authority of publisher. Identifier DOI is always the same, so it's easy to find the right magazine, paper or a book with it. In accordance with DOI published theses will be a science publication in RSCI base.
Requirenment to the extended theses:
Author presented theses for publication in book of abstracts of the 6th All-Russia Conference with international participant “Fuel Cells and Power Plants Based on Them” is responsible for authors collective agreement for transfer of exclusive rights on theses to editor of book of abstracts of the 6th All-Russia Conference with international participant “Fuel Cells and Power Plants Based on Them” Bredikhin Sergey. Sending theses for publication in the book of abstracts, Authors also agree with publishing of theses in book of abstracts, including it in Institute of Solid State Physics RAS database, indexing it in the Institute of Solid State Physics RAS electronic library (http://www.issp.ac.ru/libcatm/elib.php) and RISC. According to article 11.2 of Russian Federation law “About author’s rights and side rights” author has a right to include theses in other publications (papers, lections etc.), has a right to publish full text or the part of it in the electronic servers without formatting of text, figures, tables etc. used in book of abstracts with link to this publication.

Instruction on formalization and registration of reports theses for the conference.
Theses languages are Russian or English, at authors discretion. Theses volume is up to 3 p. Theses are presented in the format of text editor is not less than Word 97. (12 Times New Roman, left field 3 cm, other fields are 2 cm wide, 1 interval) (Title – 14 Times New Roman, blank line, authors names (Surname Name) 12 Bold centered, blank line, institution, address – 12 italics, centered, blank line, theses text).
If abstract is presented in Russian, title, authors and affiliations are presented in Russian and English.
  • Figures should be implemented in text. Font of inscriptions on the figures should be not less than 10.
  • Formulas and mathematic symbols should be written by formulas editor.
  • Cited literature should be written in the following format and numbered in square brackets (the same for the text link) [1].
  • Surname and initials should be underlined.
    • Files prepared by template should be sent by e-mail to FuelCell2019@issp.ac.ru with the following data, included in Subject line: FuelCell2019. Files should be named as the full authors name (in latin transcripption). (Example: Agarkov_fuelcell2019)
