Equipment

Equipment designed and fabricated by the firm "Song"

Equipment designed and fabricated by the firm "Song".
Basic specialization: development of technologies, designing and fabrication of equipment for
- Vacuum-arc deposition of thin films onto large overall-dimensions products
- Magnetron sputtering of thin films
- Low voltage ion implantation

The high-efficiency setup "Nikolai" has been designed to deposit thin films of various materials onto glass, polyethylene, metals, and paper by vacuum-arc and magnetron sputtering. The setup allows obtaining translucent and mirror films on sheet and roll materials and large overall dimensions products. Multi-component deposition (up to six elements plus reactive gases) can also be achieved . The setup is designed to work under the conditions of temperate climate.
For details see below.

The setup "Nik-2" (song 9316) has been designed to manufacture heat- and corrosion-resistant long-dimensional conductors coated with silver, nickel-silver and other metals. These coatings are used in industries producing cables and incandescent lamps. The coatings are deposited by vacuum magnetron sputtering. The setup construction realizes some "know-how" and original engineering solutions protected by the Russian inventor's certificate and FRG analog-patent no. 43 33 825.
For details see below.

In recent years, the Firm has concentrated efforts on the development and manufacturing of powerful generators and sources of power supply.
The Firm has designed a transistor power generator of alternating voltage for single-crystal growth apparat, which improves technical and economic characteristics and expands functional potentialities of both the setups and generator itself. The basic functional units of the generator can be used for producing efficient power sources in various setups and force equipment (100 kW and higher).
