  1. Mathematical simulation of heat-mass-transport during growth of shared sapphire crystals and calculation of thermoelastic stresses in crystals.
  2. Designing of adaptive control systems for Czochralski, Stepanov and local dynamic shaping methods.
  3. Development of an automated adaptive system for controlling group growth of shared sapphire crystals, including automated seeding and further crystal growing.
  4. Automated growth of GeSi single crystals by Czochralski method.
